Returns & Exchanges

We know our tops and squares are irresistible, but sometimes, you might not be in love with them. Don't worry, we're here to help! 💙

To benefit from a refund/exchange:

You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to return your items to us. After this period, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

How to proceed?

• Send us an email to the following address: et.vousreponds@gmail.com for any return request. Without this prior contact, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
• Return items in an envelope with tracking number . Return costs are your responsibility ;)
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags and stickers intact, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds:

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, write to us at et.vousreponds@gmail.com .

Gifts :

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver received the item before giving it to you, we will send the refund to them and they will know you returned their gift.
